Description
ZABA Therapy is BCBA-D owned and operated, bringing more than 30 years of expertise to the field. We provide a growth-focused environment for every BCBA and offer flexible opportunities designed to ensure that client progress and family satisfaction remain central to our mission.
Our team structure provides strong, ongoing support from highly experienced clinicians—BCBAs with a minimum of seven years of experience and BCBA-Ds with over 30 years of expertise. We take pride in the depth of knowledge available to you every day.
We are seeking LBAs/BCBAs who are eager to grow professionally and who value working across a variety of settings, including center-based, daycare, and in-home environments—all on a schedule you control.
New BCBAs/LBAs are strongly encouraged to apply.
At ZABA Therapy, you will provide clinical direction, parent training, and supervision of RBTs/BTs for clients receiving services in ZABA Therapy centers, local daycares, and, in some cases, in their homes.
Most services occur between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM; occasional later sessions or parent-training requests may occur, including limited weekend telehealth sessions.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Complete functional assessments and design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans aimed at reducing and eliminating challenging behaviors.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals to support continuity and quality of care.
- Communicate with and coach parents on treatment procedures and child progress across all developmental domains.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of medically necessary services—including your own and your staff’s session notes—in accordance with state regulations, insurance requirements, and HIPAA standards.
Full-time LBAs/BCBAs participate in a scorecard-based compensation model in which billable hours are only one component. Quarterly earnings increase with performance across quality metrics, client progress, and family satisfaction ratings. You determine the level of responsibility you take on—and therefore your earning potential.
