Heaton Eye Associates is a premier, physician-led ophthalmology group dedicated to providing exceptional eye care to the East Texas region for over 40 years. The practice is entering an exciting phase of growth, having recently expanded operations into a new state-of-the-art 80,000-square-foot facility in Tyler, TX. This new facility features a clinic and an ASC, designed to deliver best-in-class patient care and surgical outcomes.

Requirements
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare management, preferably within ophthalmology, ASC operations, or a multi-specialty medical group.
- Demonstrated success in financial management, operations, and strategic business growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Deep understanding of regulatory compliance, payer relations, and clinical practice operations.
