Description
Lifeworks is hiring full time Clinical Director. We are a nonprofit human service agency that provides adults with developmental disabilities the opportunity to live engaged and meaningful lives. Essential Duties:
- Lead all clinical operations for the HCC program, ensuring services are high-quality, person-centered, and delivered efficiently.
- Drive strategic growth by supporting marketing goals, strengthening referral partnerships, and helping expand the program’s reach and impact.
- Recruit, hire, and develop clinical staff, providing onboarding, supervision, and ongoing support to maintain strong clinical practice and ethical standards.
- Provide direct clinical supervision to Intensive Flexible Family Support clinicians and student interns.
- Oversee the Crisis Response Team, ensuring fast, coordinated, and effective responses.
- Offer clinical consultation to other Lifeworks programs to support consistency and best practices across the organization.
- Support agency-wide initiatives including planning, training, and implementing Positive Behavioral Supports (PBS).
- Manage program operations within the annual budget, ensuring compliance with payer requirements and financial sustainability.
- Develop and update policies and procedures to meet Department of Public Health licensing standards and all regulatory requirements.
- Implement quality assurance systems to review service outcomes, ensure consistency across clinicians, and continuously strengthen care delivery.
- Collaborate with the Medical Director to maximize psychiatric service availability and reduce risks related to medication and other clinical interventions.
- Supervise the Administrative Assistant, ensuring efficient daily operations and excellent customer service.
- Oversee the electronic medical records (EMR) system, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across documentation.
- Serve on the Lifeworks Management Team, contributing to organization-wide planning and alignment.
Requirements:
- A Licensed Independent Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD), OR Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and 5 years of supervisory experience.
- Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) required.
- Must be able to pass Fingerprint background check, CORI, DPPC and Driving background checks
- Valid Driver's License required
- Requires your own working vehicle
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay Range: $82,000 - $92,000 per year
