We are a well-established and growing dermatology practice based in Portage, MI and clinics in St. Joseph, Three Rivers, and Paw Paw, MI, dedicated to providing exceptional skin care to our community. Our team is committed to excellence in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA-C) with experience or strong interest in dermatology to join our patient-centered team.
Position Overview:
As a Physician Assistant in our office, you will work closely with board-certified dermatologists to provide comprehensive dermatologic care. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide variety of skin conditions and play a key role in enhancing patient satisfaction and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough skin exams and assessments
- Diagnose and treat common and complex dermatologic conditions
- Perform biopsies, cryotherapy, and other dermatologic procedures
- Educate patients on skincare, disease prevention, and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
- Collaborate with a team of dermatologists, nurses, and administrative staff
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current Michigan PA license (or eligibility)
- NCCPA certification
- Minimum of 1 year of dermatology experience preferred (new grads with strong dermatology rotations or interest encouraged to apply)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
