Licensed Nursing Home Administrator

Sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters, whose sole purpose is to take care of people at the end of life with love, compassion, and joy, Carmel Manor offers individualized nursing care for residents in a warm, home-like setting, including a Personal Care unit, a Rehabilitation program, and a Long-Term Care unit.

We are seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator - LNHA.

General Description:

The Administrator is responsible for strategic planning and administers, directs, and coordinates all activities of the facility to assure that the highest degree of quality of care is consistently provided to the residents and patients.

Mission Commitment:

To provide holistic care to the aged and infirm in an atmosphere of Christian understanding.

Education:

Master’s degree in healthcare administration or related field is preferred, a Baccalaureate or equivalent experience is required.

Licensure:

Current, unencumbered, Kentucky license to practice as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.

Licensed Nursing Home Administrator - LNHA Work Experience:

Minimum of 5 year’s experience as LNHA.

Proof of COVID19 Vaccination Required.
