Gardant Management Solutions (GMS) announces an exceptional opportunity for an accomplished senior living clinical executive to lead and oversee resident care services in an Assisted Living environment.

This Senior Leader position reports to the Senior Vice President of Operations and is a member of the Senior Leadership team. The Senior Leader directly supervises seven Regional Directors of Health Services. The Senior Leader will ensure the full integration of clinic and health services across sixty communities service over 5700 assisted living residents to achieve the highest levels of clinical quality outcomes, resident satisfaction, and value by supporting and enhancing the delivery of quality resident care through service integration, staff, and resource management. 

Requirements

The successful candidate will demonstrate a minimum of seven years’ progressive experience in leading and coordinating clinical and health services, with proficiency quality person-centered outcomes, Excellent leadership qualities, communication skills, and the ability to establish strong alignment with healthcare professionals and staff is required. A bachelor’s in nursing degree is required, as well as previous or current experience in leading clinical and/or health services in a long-term care environment. An advanced degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or service line specialization is highly preferred.
