HMH Urology Associate
Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking to employ a Board Certified/Board Eligible Urologist to join the growing team at HMN Urology Associate in Manahawkin, New Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity to become a member of the expanding network. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills and strong communication with a commitment to outstanding patient care.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide comprehensive, high-quality urologic care in both the outpatient clinic and inpatient hospital settings.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide variety of urologic conditions for a diverse patient population.
- Perform in-office procedures (e.g., cystoscopies, biopsies) and major/minor surgical procedures in the operating room.
- Provide hospital call coverage, emergency room consultations, and inpatient rounding on a rotating basis.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of primary care physicians, oncologists, and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate, timely medical records and documentation using the EMR system.

REQUIREMENTS:
- M.D./D.O. degree from a recognized Medical or Osteopathic School.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
- Have, or have the ability to obtain, a NJ Medical License, CDS, and DEA.

- Geographic Location: Cost of living and market rates for the specific location.
- Internal Equity: Compensation is determined in a manner consistent with compensation ranges for similar roles within the specialty and/or sub-specialty.
- Budget and Grant Funding: Departmental budgets and any grant funding associated with the job position may impact the pay that can be offered.
